Adam is a creativity expert, organizational consultant, facilitator and speaker who specializes in innovation, teambuilding and community events. His diverse and many clients have ranged from Whole Foods to McDonald’s, Panasonic to the Federal Reserve, techies to teachers to any group that wants to innovate and collaborate better.
As founder and principal of the Kreativity Network, for more than 20 years he has designed and led leadership retreats, strategy sessions, creativity workshops and collaboration experiences for thousands of adults and youth. His blog, Innovation on my Mind, offers nearly 200 articles exploring personal and professional creativity.
For over 25 years, Ana has dedicated her professional life to the field of health and holistic wellness. Her training as a professional nurse gave her the foundation to understand the human body, while her development as a licensed personal trainer and nutrition specialist allowed her to explore the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.
As an International Certified Health Coach, creator of Mindful Online Workouts and Mindful Online Gym, she has developed methods that integrate body and mind in accessible practices for modern life. Her certification as a Teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence (AFP) and Masculine Presence (AMP), along with her accreditation as a Shamanic Practitioner, and Tantra teacher has allowed her to create a unique approach that honors both ancestral wisdom and contemporary relationship needs.
Shir Eyal is a dancer, choreographer, and holistic movement coach dedicated to helping individuals release pain, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.
Her journey into movement began at age three, growing into a lifelong passion that led me from professional dance training at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance to a holistic career blending Pilates, yoga, fitness, sound healing, and energy work. For over a decade, she has helped students unlock strength, restore mobility, and retrain movement patterns to promote long-term well-being.
